Site Visit: A Look into Data Center Development with DG Matrix

This field trip will give insight into the inner workings of DG Matrix and an inside look into the back end of data center development. Event time includes travel time to and from the location.
Event Location: DG Matrix Headquarters (951 Aviation Pkwy Suite 1000, Morrisville, NC 27560)

Duke students, this visit will give insight into the inner workings of DG Matrix, a local tech company working to make power technology cleaner and more reliable. Attendees will tour DG Matrix’s manufacturing facility in Morrsiville (currently in the process of opening), hear from CEO, Haroon Inam, about the vision of the company, and participate in an interactive Q&A session with the executive team. Our goal is to shed light on the processes we take for granted and connect the Duke community with this sector of the energy space, in a meaningful and interactive way.
Buses will depart at 1:45 P.M. from Gross Hall. Please wear closed-toed shoes during the visit for safety reasons. By participating in this event, you consent to the recording and publication of photographs and videos of you for informational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers.
Please note that photography is not permitted inside the facility. Open to current Duke students only. This event is limited-capacity and in person only. Please register only if you can firmly commit to attending. If your plans change, please cancel your registration to allow others on the waitlist to attend.
